• Crisis – meeting people in time of need providing support to people in crisis or at the sharp end of food insecurity. Such as free food tables, food banks, community fridge and pantries

• Capacity – Opportunities that build on the skills and capacities of local people.

• Change – transforming the way food is bought/sold and shared locally. Example, network of community growing, set up food co-op, have a physical shop
