Big black clouds filling the sky
The colours of smoke I wake up to everyday
The concrete jungle is cold and its black and grey
Putty clouds, grey skies choke my lungs
The many factories in the Gorbals
The air is polluted and that is a bad thing
Goes into people nose and make it hard to breathe
When it rains,
The water goes into the Clyde,
The dirty water flows down,
It will rise and it will spill.
The weather pushes the bin
Poop I step on,
Dirty and disgusting.
Big blocks of litter all around
The green grass I can’t see.
Thunder clouds crumble from the factory,
The sulphur sunrise is all way behind the clouds
The summer fizz burns through my skin.
Yellow lights, that are not getting turned off
The light of the moon I can’t see at night.
All the toxic smoke in the sky,
Now I can’t see a single butterfly.

Small white clouds filling the sky
Delft blue skies breathe fresh clean air
the sea is bluer than the sky
a nice colour.
Glasgow City Council make the bins bigger and stronger
They can clean the water by using machines
The sound fades away.
The emerald glade of the more grass in the community
The green grass I love to see,
in the world’s parrot plume.
More nature
More pet shelters
More space to play
Trees give us oxygen
Party balloons,
The scent I want to wake up to.
Fresh pine for live plants that thrive,
Way up high in the sky
I want the future to be sunny
The big blue view I want to wake up to.
